TENANTS

HOLDING DEPOSIT  :      

Any rental property can be reserved by paying a holding deposit (this is capped at one week’s rent). This deposit is non refundable if the applicant withdraws at any stage during the rental agreement process.

DEPOSIT :

A tenancy deposit will be capped at no more than five week’s rent where the annual rent is less that £50,000, or six week’s

rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above.

RENT :

Rent is to be paid monthly by standing order (unless otherwise agreed with the landlord). Only one standing order is accepted per property.

The rent and deposit has to be paid via direct bank transfer. This payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the commencement of the tenancy. Keys will not be released until Vibe Properties has received confirmation of cleared funds.

All rents are quoted per calendar month and are exclusive of all rates/services unless otherwise stated.
